  Many events for 2021, some postponed from 2020 due to COVID restrictions, were awaiting scheduling but some have now been cancelled for 2021, but we hope to run them in 2022.
Virtual Quiz We are no longer planning to hold this as a substitute during COVID restrictions – CANCELLED
Mothering Sunday14th MarNo service, but posies were available on the railings and they all went to the mothers in our community.
Earth Hour27th MarECO Church! Lights were switched off at 8:30 pm for 1 hour by several members of our community.
Easter Day 4th AprHoly Communion was held at 6pm in our first service this year!
Rogation WalkMayWe didn’t hold our traditional walk & service.
APCM20th MayOur Annual meetings were held on Zoom during the COVID restrictions
Patronal Festival 27th Jun We did hold our service but the ‘no singing’ rule was still in place.

Ride & Stride 11th Sep This happened. The church was open for visitors, of which we had many! Gastard will receive 50% of the money sponsored for Gastard’s participants. Thank you to the sponsors.
Harvest Festival & Supper 26th Sep6pm Harvest Service included a blessing for our new Banner made by Felicity and was following by a supper with 18 meals served.
Climate Sunday3rd Oct10am Special Community Holy Communion Service (shortened) with Climate Sunday. In the lead-up to the UK hosting of the global COP26 conference to agree actions on the Climate Emergency we will be offering prayers and practical information for you. Please come along.

Following the launch on Climate Sunday, we will have the church open every day from 10am to 4pm until Friday 29th for our CLIMATE OCTOBER EXHIBITION – for the community to learn more about climate change and what they can themselves do to help in your PERSONAL ACTION PLAN. Bring your Smartphone or Tablet to capture the QR codes.

Climate October Pop-Up Events Events during this month are in planning – watch this space!

7:30pm Quiet Meditation & Prayers. Light your Candle of Light
Safari Lunch  CANCELLED for 2021
All Saints 31st Oct 10am Holy Communion Service. During this service we will read a list of names of those who have passed on from our Book of Remembrance. The local community are encouraged to come along.
Remembrance 14th Nov 10am Morning Worship. In this service we observe the one minute silence at 11am. Please come along to pay respect to those who have fallen in conflict.
